Classification of water-based industrial paints:

The function of primer and topcoat:

Construction Notes:

(1) It is strictly forbidden to contact with oily substances. Stir well before use. It can be appropriately diluted with tap water according to actual needs, but generally adding 0-10% water is the best.

(2) Brush coating, roller coating, spray coating and dip coating are all acceptable, and the minimum construction temperature can be ≥0℃.

(3) Before construction, the surface oil, sand debris and loose floating rust should be removed.

(4) Storage temperature ≥0℃, store in a cool and dry place, prevent freezing and sun exposure.

(5) In bad weather such as rain and snow, construction cannot be carried out outdoors. If construction has been carried out, the paint film can be protected by covering it with a tarpaulin.
