Product performance
Good anti-corrosion ability to meet the protection requirements of the entire coating;
Using water as the dispersion medium, no toxic and harmful substances are produced during the construction process and the coating film forming process, which meets the requirements of environmental protection; two-component curing, good hardness, good adhesion, and chemical resistance;
The compatibility is good, the coating film is firmly attached to the metal substrate, and the adhesion of the upper coating film can be enhanced.
Application range
It is suitable for anti-rust and anti-corrosion of heavy steel surfaces of various large-scale steel structures, ships, mechanical equipment, bridges, etc.
Surface treatment
Remove oil, grease, etc. with a suitable cleaning agent. Sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade or SSPC-SP10 grade, the surface roughness is equivalent to Rugotest standard N0.3. Construction within 6 hours after sandblasting is the best solution.

Intermediate paint FL-123Z water-based epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint 1 time
Topcoat FL-139M/168M water-based polyurethane/fluorocarbon topcoat 2 times, matching thickness not less than 250μm
